How to connect a new Apple Watch to your current iPhone
Pairing your new Apple Watch with your current iPhone is quick and easy. If you want to use watchOS 9, which is currently the latest version, you’ll need an iPhone 8 or later, and you’ll need to be running iOS 16 or later.
