New Delhi, February 1 (IANS): Tech giant Microsoft has announced that it will be removing a number of popular games from the Xbox 360 Marketplace on February 7th.
“A number of game titles and associated add-ons will be removed from Xbox 360 Marketplace in select regions per title. These removals will begin on February 7, 2023,” the company said on an Xbox support page.
“After purchase, you can re-download these games, or any previously purchased games, from your Xbox 360 download history at any time.”
On the support page, the company also provided the list of games that will be removed based on users’ region.
In India, for example, many games will be removed, including Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Counter-Strike: GO, Assassin’s Creed IV, Star Wars Battlefront, and Prince of Persia.
Meanwhile, last month as 2022 drew to a close, the tech giant unveiled its best Xbox games of the past year.
That list included titles like Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels racing game, action-adventure game Sea of Thieves, survival game Grounded, and more.
