Sony has launched its PlayStation Black Friday deals, and the headline savings are 25% on 12-month PlayStation Plus subscriptions across all three tiers.
- PlayStation Plus Essentialwhich unlocks online multiplayer and offers a few free games every month is on discounted $44.99 starting at $59.99 for the year.
- PlayStation Plus Extrawhich grants access to a large games catalog with PS4 and PS5 games, costs $74.99 (discounted from $99.99) for a 12-month subscription.
- PlayStation Plus Premiumwhich adds cloud streaming (including a catalog of PS3 games), a small number of classic PlayStation games from previous eras and trial versions of new releases $89.99 for 12 months, less than $119.99.
Sony said the plans could be stacked, allowing gamers to buy several years’ worth of Plus at discounted prices if they want to.
