Samsung is reportedly testing OneUI 5.1 before launching the Galaxy S23 series

Samsung has started testing a new version of OneUI, its custom user interface that runs on top of the Android operating system galaxy smart phone. The latest version is One UI 5 and it seems that Samsung is working on a new version of the UI before launching the Galaxy S23 series, reports SamMobile
According to the report, Samsung has reportedly started testing that A user interface 5.1 Update based on Android 13. SamMobile spotted the tweet via @SamSWUpdate claiming that Samsung is testing One UI 5.1. According to the report, an update with version number S90xEXXU2CVL7 is being tested for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphones.
The new version of One UI does not exactly mean that it is One UI 5.1. As Samsung prepares to launch the Galaxy S23 series, which is expected to be out of the box with One UI 5.1, it’s safe to assume that the company will be testing them ahead of the official release.

As for the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, Samsung is expected to announce it on February 1st, 2023. The smartphones – Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ – will likely get a new design with standalone camera modules similar to the Galaxy S22 Ultra. While the Galaxy S23 Ultra is also expected to feature a new flat design compared to the Galaxy S22 Ultra.
Reports have also confirmed that the handsets will be powered Qualcommis new snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and offers better thermal management than its predecessor.
