Taunting Master Takagi-san Mobile Game to end the service

It is time for Teasing from Master Takagi-san Fans in Japan to say goodbye to the mobile game adaptation. Karakai Jozu no Takagi-san: Kyun-Kyun Records was first launched in the region on June 8, 2022, and the official website announced that the service would be discontinued on March 31.

Featuring hits from the anime and an original story, Karakai Jozu no Takagi-san: Kyun-Kyun Records is described as a “first love guessing game” in which Takagi enters the neighborhood association’s karaoke tournament. Every time players tap, they send hearts to cheer for Takagi, and there are original songs – including background music by singer-songwriter Yuiko Ohara, who worked on the anime’s opening themes – mixed in with those familiar to fans.

The first season of KARAKAI JOZU NO TAKAGI-SAN The anime adaptation premiered in 2018 and simulcasted on Crunchyroll, the second stream on Netflix, and the third stream on HIDIVE.

The manga appears in English by Yen Press under the title Teasing from Master Takagi-san. Crunchyroll describes the series like this:

“I swear I’m going to tease and embarrass Takagi-san today!” Nishikata, a middle school student, is constantly teased by the girl who sits next to him in class, Takagi-san. He tries to get back at her every day, but will he ever make it? Takagi-san and Nishikata’s teenage teasing battle begins now!
