PlayStation and Nintendo Release 2022 Wrap-Up Tools

We’re nearing the end of 2022, which means it’s time to reflect on the past year. Thankfully, both PlayStation and Nintendo are helping us get sentimental by releasing tools for players to log into their accounts and review playtime and achievements for the past 12 months.

PlayStation detailed its 2022 recap on the PlayStation Blog, where it was revealed that you have between now and January 13, 2023 to check out your PlayStation stats. PlayStation Follow-Up includes number of trophies earned, number of games played, total hours played for PS4 and PS5 games, and number of PlayStation Plus games downloaded monthly.

And with half of December left, your completion stats will continue to update through the end of the year. If you click through the entire 2022 Wrap-Up, you’ll receive a coupon code to redeem for one of six Astro Bot Avatars. You can check out our very own PlayStation 2022 wrap-up here.

Nintendo has also released its 2022 Year in review tool. You can look at your top three games, games you played at launch, and more. You can also see how many days and hours you’ve spent playing each title you’ve released on your Switch this year.

After checking out your PlayStation and Nintendo year in review stats, let us know in the comments which games you played the most! Let’s get started: My top-played games of 2022 on PlayStation and Switch were Elden Ring and Splatoon 3. And check out our Best of 2022 award winners to see how much your gaming taste aligns with us here at IGN matches.
